  • BGR conducted within the project „Airborne geophysical surveys for mapping the shallow subsurface in Germany “ (D-AERO) airborne surveys at the German North Sea coast.The survey area Nordenham (2009/10) is bounded by the Jade Bight to the west and by the river Weser to the east. The size of the area is about 368 km². The area was surveyed with 12 flights totalling to 1562 line-km (43,577 survey points). The nominal separation of the 97 ESE-WNW lines and 11 NNE-SSW tie lines was 250 m and 2000 m, respectively. The maps display the total count, the (equivalent) content of potassium, uranium and thorium as well as the exposure rate at ground.
  • Die BGR führte im Projekt „Deutschlandweite Aerogeophysik-Befliegung zur Kartierung des nahen Untergrundes und seiner Oberfläche“ (D-AERO) flächenhafte Befliegungen an der deutschen Nordseeküste durch. Das Messgebiet Nordenham (2009/10) wird in etwa durch den Jadebusen im Westen sowie die Weser im Osten begrenzt. Die Gebietsgröße beträgt etwa 368 km² und 12 Messflüge mit einer Gesamtprofillänge von 1562 km (43.577 Messpunkte) wurden zur Abdeckung des gesamten Messgebiets benötigt. Der Sollabstand der 97 OSO-WNW-Messprofile beträgt 250 m, der Sollabstand der 11 NNO-SSW-Kontrollprofile beträgt 2000 m. Die Karten stellen die Gesamtstrahlung, die (Äquivalent-)Gehalte von Kalium, Uran und Thorium sowie die Ionendosisleistung am Boden dar.
